If you change your mind, you can confirm the return within 48 hours and return it within 07 days from the date of receipt of the goods. We offer returns subject to the following conditions:
CASE OF BENEFITS OF EXCHANGE AND RETURN
- Goods with technical defects, seam errors, damaged buttons, defective fabric, exposed glue, torn, scratched: you will be exchanged for a new product.
- Delivered goods do not match the design or size that the customer ordered: you will be able to exchange the product as in the original order.
- When the clothing size is not suitable: you will be exchanged for another size. If that sample size is out of stock, you will be able to exchange it for another model.
- When the product is not suitable for the customer: you will be exchanged for a product of equal or higher value, the customer will pay the difference.
If the product does not have a manufacturer defect, Wabe Sabe will not accept returns.
TIMELY FOR EXCHANGE
If you encounter the above cases, please immediately report the status of the defective product to us for support in replacing it.
Time to respond to the status of the goods and request a return: within 2 days (48 hours) since receiving the goods.
Goods must be returned within 07 days from the date of receipt.
Wabe Sabe reserves the right to refuse return requests and return items after the specified deadline.
CHANGING & RETURNING CONDITION
Wabe Sabe only supports changing sizes/clothing products once.
Product still has original invoice.
The product still has original tags, labels, and has not been used.
No smell, no dirty, no deformation, no scratches.
Only applies to Men's and Women's clothing products.
- Size/product exchange policy DOES NOT APPLY to underwear, swimwear, and accessories (shoes, hats, handbags, jewelry, towels, etc.)
- Size/product exchange policy does NOT apply to products purchased in DISCOUNT, PROMOTION programs.
- The new product must be at the same price as the defective product. If the price of the renewed product is higher, the customer must pay the difference in cost.
HOW WILL THE PRODUCT'S SHIPPING FEES BE PAYED?
- For products exchanged for another size/model, customers pay two-way shipping fees.
- For products with manufacturing defects, WABE SABE will support two-way shipping costs.
CAN I EXCHANGE TO OTHER ITEMS?
- When the product is not suitable for the customer, the customer can exchange for a product of equal or higher value, and the customer will pay the difference.
- When you need to change size, if that model is out of size, you will be able to change to another model.
- Except in special cases, we do not apply a refund policy to products.

Make sure your return meets the conditions of our Return Policy and comply with the points below before sending it back
