CHECKING GOODS

To meet the needs and maximize customer protection when using Wabe Sabe's services. Wabe Sabe supports viewing and checking goods upon delivery. Customers when receiving goods from the shipping staff can unseal Wabe Sabe's boxes to check the goods

Note: the inspection will not include opening the product's own seal (affecting the sealing stamp, product packaging, ...)

SHIPPING TIMING

Normally, orders are confirmed within 24 working hours, and delivered to the customer.

- Inner city: delivery in 1-2 days

- Other provinces: delivery in 2-3 days

- Other regions: delivery in 3-5 days

However, there are also cases where delivery takes longer than a few working days, but this only occurs in force majeure situations as follows:

- Staff can't contact customers by phone, so they can't deliver goods.

- The shipping address you provided is incorrect or difficult to find.

- The number of orders of www.wabe-sabe.com surprised, causing slow processing of orders.

- The partner providing goods to www.wabe-sabe.com is slower than expected, causing the delivery to be delayed or the shipping partner's delivery being delayed

The delivery service fee will be displayed at the time you checkout your cart.

FOLLOWING YOUR ORDER

You can view the updated status of your order via your delivery confirmation email, or in your account.

If you are not registered, click the "Order details" link in the confirmation email sent to you for the status of your order.

CHANGING OR CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes or cancel your order once it has left our premises.

PRE - ORDER

Pre-order items will be processed as normal orders but shipped at a later date. The date will be indicated on the product page and you will receive confirmation once your order has been shipped.

After receiving the order confirmation email/phone call from Team Wabe Sabe, the shipper will quickly deliver the goods to you. Please pay attention when answering the phone and have cash ready to pay COD!
